Abstract:
Jomsvikings Security and Protection is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) executive protection and security guard service located in the Twin Cities region of Minnesota. Jomsvikings specializes in Executive Protection and Security Guard Services.
Purple Moose was contracted to provide a strategic assessment and plan that captured market analysis, product & marketing strategy, and opportunities for contract capture. The strategic plan included a brand awareness push through multiple channels and the development of a government contracting capability for Jomsvikings.
This resulted in developing new or updated executive summary and capabilities drafts, reviewing relevant NAICS & PSC codes, positioning and business development for local and state contracts, and an increased online presence aligning with their capabilities and documented experience. Under our guidance, Jomsvikings has expanded its service area into new states and regions, grown its service offerings, and aligned its messaging with product strategy to support continued growth.
