Abstract:
Bear Solutions is a start-up small business transforming from a ‘side job’ to a full-time residential and commercial construction firm in the Platte River region of northern Colorado.
Purple Moose was contracted to provide business, strategic, and operational plans and assist with scalable growth. Our planning process supported Bear Solutions in the rapid expansion and growth of their service area from their headquarters location in Greeley to Fort Collins and Denver, CO, and positioned them for new equipment acquisitions.
The results of our efforts have guided our client from filing for a business license, establishing all administrative requirements, and positioning to capture upcoming government contracting opportunities in the region. Uniquely, we have strategized forward capture as a subcontractor to assist in building past performance on government contracts. Bear Solutions has won residential and commercial contracts with our guidance, taking this firm to a net positive revenue position within the first 90 days.
