Abstract:
Kipa Consulting is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVOSB) and Woman/Minority Owned Business (W/MBE) located in South Carolina. Kipa Consulting provides consulting services in the Government Contracting sector, leveraging prior experience as a Contracting Officer to support industry and commercial organizations.
The Founder and CEO contracted the Purple Moose team to provide business coaching and strategy to meet two objectives: 1. Growth of the consulting firm, and 2. Establish a coaching practice for other customers entering the GovCon space.
Using the ADDIE method, the Purple Moose team developed a six (6) month training plan to guide Kipa Consulting through a strategic development process leading to quantifiable net positive results for both objectives. As a “value add,” the Purple Moose team has introduced Kipa Consulting to industry leaders and executives to help grow a solid professional network.
